MY WORKFLOW

FROM “UH-OH” TO “CASE CLOSED”

CHARACTER PROFILE

HOW I SHOW UP

Technical skills matter. These are the working habits that make those skills useful to a team.

01

Analytical

I look beyond the symptom, test assumptions and follow the evidence to the real cause.

DIG DEEPER
02

Clear communicator

I turn technical findings into useful updates that users, developers and stakeholders can act on.

MAKE IT CLEAR
03

Dependable

I follow issues through, document what happened and make sure the next step has an owner.

FOLLOW THROUGH
04

Adaptable

I learn unfamiliar systems quickly and stay practical when priorities or requirements change.

STAY READY
05

User-focused

I keep the person using the system in view—not just the ticket, defect or technical fix.

PEOPLE FIRST

THE HUMAN BEHIND THE TEST PLAN

I bridge the gap between people and systems.

My background spans software testing, system implementation, customer-focused technical support and frontend development. I've built invoicing workflows with AngularJS, C# APIs and SQL Server, alongside modern React and Next.js web experiences using Tailwind and Supabase.

I'm most effective where development, quality and support overlap—roles that need someone who can understand the code, reproduce the issue and keep the user experience in focus.
